Very good accommodation, although not suitable for 9 persons (when they like to stay there for a long time), for 2 persons like us it's amazing, would advice this apartment for up to 6 persons, and only for short time reservations (2 nights) up to 9 persons.

Only three negatives: 1. Elevator is accessible only after climbing a full floor. On arrival and departure, this means with suitcases. This would be difficult for an elderly or disabled person. 2. Reception clerks Eric and Jan were very kind and pleasant, but their English wasn't as good as perhaps it might have been. It was often necessary for me to repeat a question several times before I was understood. I hasten to point out that their English was better than my non-existant Czech--so I viewed this as a minor issue. 3. Upon arrival, I tried to operate the TV. Couldn't understand the written English instructions, so went down to reception. Jan or Eric (I forget which) closed the desk and came up with me. He was unable to make it work, so he promised a technician would come the next day. The next morning, I discovered that the microwave was not working properly, and reported this as I left for the day. When I returned, neither TV nor microwave had been fixed. I told them that if these things can't be fixed, they must move me to another room where they do work. They said that it would be much more expensive, and I told them that this was their problem--not mine. So, they brought in a woman and another man. They replaced the microwave with a working one, and replaced the satellite decoder with a new one, and tuned it in. I was then able to view 4 English news channels, but no entertainment--perhaps this is all that satellite receives in your area, so I didn't say anything more--I'm a 'news junkie' anyway. But these are, in my view, minor issues. The room was as expected and as promised--quiet, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If the need arises again, I'd be happy to return.
