The apartment is very nice. Just two slightly negative points. 1. The lady at the building reception could not communicate in English, which is not very convenient. 2. The wifi signal is very weak in the room. I normally had to open the door of the apartment and sit at the door to surf online.

I was very pleased with the service given by Mary's. I arrived late Friday evening, the car service (with extra fee) was waiting for me at the airport with a sign with my name. Since I had such late arrival, the driver had a key to my apartment so I did not have to check in. The staff was even nice enough to meet me at the apartment the next day to check me into the apartment. So I did not have to leave, it was very convenient. The location of my apartment was in the middle of Old Town Prague with a 4 minute walk to the metro station. It was very convenient. I would definitely use Mary's again.

A map of 'Old Town' showing roads and passgaes, indicating passages that are open daytime only, would be very helpful. Most maps of Prague cannot show this detail due to the area they cover, but the walking routes in Old Town are quite confusing in places.

This hotel is in a great location - close to the square. This hotel is intimate and the staff is friendly. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable. There is no parkng but they offer parking a couple of blocks away at a brewery for an ok price. The breakfast is not great but there are so many great spots for lunch and dinner close by.

Both the apartment and location were excellent. It was a bit of a problem to have to come to the office to collect the key but, once at the apartment, we were very satisfied. We should have used the transfer service initially. We did when leaving and this was much more satisfactory than trying it get to the main station with luggage.

Excellent, except for problems with parking bay #7. For whole time ther I was unabkle to park in slot I had paid for and had the unpleasant experience of a hostile tenant who complained when I parked in his space (not realisiing he had it reserved)

Apartment was very well presented and equipped with good instructions. Heating was too hot but could not find how to turn it down. Suggest moving the wardrobe upstairs to the bedroom. It could be placed where the drawers are next to bathroom door, the drawers to where the chair is, and remove the chair. Anoying having to go up and down the stairs to get to clothes hanging in the wardrobe.
