we were very impressed. we didnt expect the apartment and the location to look that nice and the fact that the apartment wasnt located in the central part of the town proved to be an advantage.. free parking.. quiet.. and green surroundings.. very similar to a mountain resort ..

Definitely a no frills place to stay but the price is right and the location puts you within walking distance of just about everything.

We stayed in the hotel right after its opening in July - very pleasant place, kind receptionists, very good connection to the centre!! (there is a tram that stops there even at night!)

The building and common areas of the building were very dirty. The room was of good size, but there were shoeprints and smearings of dead insects all over the walls. I would definately NOT stay there again and will not reccommend itto anyone else.

The location, in a quiet but central area of Prague, is perfect. Close to trams and metro at Nam. Miru, IP Pavlova and Vinohradska, if you don't feel like walking. I will definitely try to stay here again or in any of the other Balbínova apts.
