Excellent accommodation. Nice area, overlooking park, 5-10mins walk from Wenceslas Sq and Museum Metro. Apartment had everything required,SAT TV, DVD, Alarm Clocks, Radio's, Balcony overlooking park, very large bedroom, fully fuctional kitchen.Very secure building.
Mary's staff very professional. Offices very near Apt but only needed to collect the keys and drop them back two days later when checking out. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to a friend.

Everything was wonderful EXCEPT - we were under the impression that we could pay with our Visa. Then, when we arrived, we were told the machine was broken and we need to go get cash from an ATM. This was mentioned in another review, so I think it happens often. If you'd like cash, please state that in your confirmation email. Travel is very stressful and since your location has no parking, trying to get money at the last minute was irritating.
Also, our booking stated that there was protected parking close by. But, when we arrived, we were told there might not be room for us in the parking garage. There was, but I think that since I told you that we need protected parking and you said it would be available, it should have been arranged prior to our arrival.

Regarding the parking there are more parking lots and we had to find out which one of the closest have available parking place for You. We could have sent You to the more expensive and further one, we just wanted to find the best for You. Thank You for understanding!

The bed maybe i think is only for people up to 65 kg :-))) Not for men like me up to 95 kg. I was a little bit nervous, that it crashed:-)

Das Auffinden des Hotel beim ersten besuch hat mir ein wenig Mühe bereitet. Es befindet sich in einem Hinterhof und ist "nur" mit A4-Papieren in Klarsichthüllen markiert gewesen.
Aber sonst, sehr gute Lage, schönes Zimmer. Ich habe Die Zeit in Prag sehr genossen. Danke

Only negative was smoking in the hotel... it was very smoky in the hotel and we are not used to it as in the UK it is illegal to smoke inside. One gentleman on reception was very rude; blonde hair. Very unhelpful. All the other staff were lovely and did thier best to always help us.
