Wireless connection to non-windows devices (e.g. Apple iPod touch) was poor.
In the confirmation letter we were informed that "We prefer payment in cash. We accept Czech Crowns, EUR and USD."
However, we were not informed that the EUR-CZK exchange ratio in the Marys office is extremely unfavorable, that makes payment in EUR senseless.

The staff at the office was excellent as usual. Only two recommendations for the apartment. First, have the cleaners come every day to at least take out the garbage--mine got quite smelly after doing some cooking. Secondly, please find a way to be sure that the cleaning staff doesn't unplug the internet hot spots. This was the second time I had problems with a connection. Both times Mary's staff had to have the tech people (who are very good, by the way) come by and get the connection going again. Very inconvenient. Other than that, no complaints!

- bed mattresses are too thin
- no noise from outside (excellent) but noise from drunk English men in the hallway was a big problem (apparently not only for us)

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment, spacious, quiet, but still in walking distance to the centre.
Vinohrady is a beautiful quarter, with old, restored buildings, a lot of small shops restaurants and cafés, so you won't need to eat in the sometimes overpriced restaurants in the tourist areas in the centre.
Suggestion: Instead or in supplement to the perfect technical equipment of the apartment, I would have preferred some basics in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinaigre - things that you won't necessarely buy during a 3-4 day stay, but you normally need to prepare breakfast.
