This place/accomodation is perfect in many ways. You can "rule yourself" within surtain limits, ofcourse.
While staying in the middle of the tourists walks & parties could disturb someones BUT either you accept this or find another place for the stay.
I`ve stayed in different apartments during the last 7 or 8 years and have realy never become negative.
Ok, small things like bad or broken windows & lights, leaking pipes & noisy toilets etc. These things have always got fixed.
The apartments of this building is in many different shapes & sices, so there should be something for everyone.
Either a family with children to single backpackers or like myself, in between :-)

There was a problem of the hot water supply of our shower one night. It's fortunate that the pension office is opened 24 hours, the staff called for maintenance immediately and the hot water supply resumed 2 hours later. The staff there are very helpful and friendly!!!

Though it's some distance away from the main bus terminal, it locates in the very center of Cesky Krumlov. Besides, it got a fairly good view of the castle. Some of my friends stayed in room No.5, it's SPACIOUS. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and enjoyed our stay in Na Ostrove Pension very much. What's more, the food in their restaurant is very nice, and good price!!!!!

I answered "no" to the "Would you book this hotel again" question because I had booked another apt. in which I couldn't stay so I got this instead. So I wouldn't book it again because it's far too big for one person. But I loved the bathroom.

Big problem was breakfast was 9 to 11 am. Three days we had planned excursions and had to leave hotel at 8 or 9 am and missed breakfast. Students were upset about missing breakfast. Excellent location and atmosphere. Nice people work here at the hotel and staff was helpful. Only problem was one set of keys per room but this is normal in Europe.
