The apartment has a very nice terrace. We would recommend you to make more of it (at least to buy new terrace furniture - two chairs and a table should not be a large investment...). As it was, the terrace furniture was not "inviting" (the wooden chair was almost falling apart).

not being able to pre pay or pay on the day by credit card is strange in this era. otherwise it is a very good service and I have used it many times and always prefer it to a hotel...thanks William Stuart

The low services score is because rooms on the top floor had poor showers(low pressure)and some in our group had to use the showers in lower rooms. Otherwise all night desk cover and baggage storage were good facilities.

Fantastic location and very clean including the communal areas and lift. Few points are : There was no view from the windows, no toaster or can opener in the kitchen and no grill. TV is very small and without Satellite so no English channels.

Bad rate about "service", because in the 2nd night of our stay there were on our floor many very loudly other people and although i informed the reception, nothing changed. The security man on this floor was only sitting and watching but not willed to solve the problem (on my demand, the receptionist immediately gave me other quite room, but i lost 1 hr sleep) and some others of my group who did not complain (because they only speek Chinese language) had a more or less sleepless night - so better, to put a more ambitious and able person on this security-job!
