The ventilation system in the building was extremely noisy and a fan outside our apartment seemed to be running constantly throughout the night which was a bit annoying, otherwise everything was excellent.

Everything is perfect. Excellent location to everywhere by walking. The apartment is neat, clean and warm except the toilet. The toilet is very smelly even before using.
The operation lady in the apartment building is very helpful. We appreciate her assistance to take care the taxi for us. She has great service mind. Thank her so much

We've used Mary's twice with great success. The service staff is excellent: professional, accomodating, and present if/when you need something while in Prague. We stayed at Karlova 24, apt 5 and it was very comfortable and quiet. Its on a very busy street a couple blocks from the Old Square and the Charles Bridge, yet it was very quiet when we got through the door. It is a full apartment with nice amenities: full kitchen, coffee pot, dishwasher, and built-in appliances. There's a small washer to manage clothes so you don't have to pack as much, and lots of clothes storage. There's a lift to get you to your floors, which is rare in Prague, but you can also take the stairs quite comfortably. This is the perfect spot for a couple of any age.

I recommend Mary's to anyone visiting Prague. Very very friendly and professional staff, help if needed is just a phonecall away. The maid service is impeccable and goes beyond expectations. I do have a suggestion, absolutely not a complain, the satellite tv could do with some more active channels in English, otherwise everything in the apartment is well taken care of and fully functional. Keep it up Mary's, you deserve an excellence award :)
