Comment: Very nice apartment! Quiet and cool in a fantastic location for seeing and being part of Prague Old Town.
Only complaint is that I booked the room from a cafe via hotels.com and terminated the connection after getting the hotels.com confirmation. That means I missed vital info in a separate confirmation from Mary's Travel regarding how to get the keys.

Comment: Apartment was clean but some of the sheets had stains on them. The bath-hole was stuffed and the water wouldn't go down the drain easily. Overall a nice apartment. Would recommend it.

Comment: The accommodation is well located and excellent quality; the only downside was the rowdy tenants in one other apartment above me. I woder if you have considered providing toiletries, such as soap and shampoo (short term visitors may not think to bring these and there are not obvious places to buy nearby).

Comment: Everything is perfect. Excellent location to everywhere by walking. The apartment is neat, clean and warm except the toilet. The toilet is very smelly even before using.
The operation lady in the apartment building is very helpful. We appreciate her assistance to take care the taxi for us. She has great service mind. Thank her so much

 Comment: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, ausgestattet und ordentlich. Leider konnte man die Heizung nicht höher drehen. Nachts war es etwas laut (laute Musik bis morgens). Der Rauchgeruch hat uns etwas gestört (kein Nichtraucher-Appartment, das haben wir bei der Buchung übersehen).

Comment: Karlova 7 was adequate size, well-depicted on the web site. Location was excellent and apartment was quiet and clean. Transfer service was absolutely reliable. No instructions for turning on the heat, so we spent a cold first night. The washer-dry combination was incomprehensible and so was not used.

Comment: Расположение апартаментов просто фантастическое! Чуть ли не с каждым соседним домом связаны легенды. Достопримечательности и театры в двух шагах. Отличный вариант для тех, кто едет в Прагу с детьми. Апартаменты чистые и просторные - для двух взрослых и двух детей более чем достаточно. Окна выходят во двор, нет шума с улицы. Comment: The apartment we booked was what I expected - Mary's website is a really useful resource and very honest depictions of the apartments. There were a couple of small issues with the beds (not great quality/ strange bed linen) and the cleanliness of the bathroom. But overall a good experience. The location is excellent - very central but quiet. Mary's staff very helpful.
