Karlova 7 was adequate size, well-depicted on the web site. Location was excellent and apartment was quiet and clean. Transfer service was absolutely reliable. No instructions for turning on the heat, so we spent a cold first night. The washer-dry combination was incomprehensible and so was not used.

Расположение апартаментов просто фантастическое! Чуть ли не с каждым соседним домом связаны легенды. Достопримечательности и театры в двух шагах. Отличный вариант для тех, кто едет в Прагу с детьми. Апартаменты чистые и просторные - для двух взрослых и двух детей более чем достаточно. Окна выходят во двор, нет шума с улицы. Удобный процесс бронирования по Skype - голосом или в чате.

The apartment we booked was what I expected - Mary's website is a really useful resource and very honest depictions of the apartments. There were a couple of small issues with the beds (not great quality/ strange bed linen) and the cleanliness of the bathroom. But overall a good experience. The location is excellent - very central but quiet. Mary's staff very helpful.
