Comment: Karlova 7 was adequate size, well-depicted on the web site. Location was excellent and apartment was quiet and clean. Transfer service was absolutely reliable. No instructions for turning on the heat, so we spent a cold first night. The washer-dry combination was incomprehensible and so was not used.

Comment: The apartment we booked was what I expected - Mary's website is a really useful resource and very honest depictions of the apartments. There were a couple of small issues with the beds (not great quality/ strange bed linen) and the cleanliness of the bathroom. But overall a good experience. The location is excellent - very central but quiet. Mary's staff very helpful.
