The Villa Sonnenstrahl Hotel is located in a recreational quiet place near the city center. You can enjoy the atmosphere of spa resort as well as all the sports activities in the area, such as: Tennis, Golf, Horse riding and / or cycling throughout the beautiful nature all around. In order to help you relax, several curative procedures in local spa hotel are arranged.
Luxury living rooms, bedrooms, completely equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower or bathtub – bidet and separate toilet. Satellite TV and telephone. The flat is equipped with Italian style furniture and large-sized beds. Automatic washing machine, dryer and iron are at guests disposal. In the garden there is a sandbox for children, a small lake with goldfish and a terrace with a grill for adults.
The 55 square metre flats are equipped with a sofa bed in the living room. This sofa bed can be used by 2 to 4 persons.
The bigger flats, 65 square metres, are equipped with two folding beds that can be used by a maximum of 6 persons.

Cancellation policies
All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies apply for group reservations (more than 11 people).
Unless the below listed cancellation conditions apply, Mary’s Travel Agency reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 300 CZK for individual reservations or a 5% fee of the confirmed services (for group reservations for more than 11 people). For cancellations more than 48 hours prior arrival the cancellation fee 300 CZK will be charged, for cancellations less than 48 hours prior arrival you will be charged the amount of the first night, unless there are determined stricter criteria for cancellation conditions by individual hotels, hostels or guest houses.
