The building is a first-republic residential house, built in 1925 and reconstructed into a hotel. 30 double rooms, 8 standard apartments (50 sqm) and 4 deluxe apartments (60 sqm). All the rooms and apartments are equipped with air conditioned, minibar, safe, LCD TV, DVD player, telephone with direct dial, wi-fi internet connection and coffee/tea making facilities. Nonstop reception, lobby bar, wellness, children playroom, 2 conference rooms for up to 100 persons. All the clients are welcomed with the unique first-republic cake, made by the secret family recipe of the hotel owner.

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies apply for group reservations (more than 11 people).
