The Beranek hotel is located in the centre of Prague, some three minutes from Wenceslas Square. Metro and tram stations are in front and beside the hotel. The hotel has 78 rooms, all with air condition, high speed internet access (up to 2 Mbps) free of charge, TV, satelite, telephone, refrigerator, safe, bathroom with hairdryer and WC. One room is fitted specially for the handicapped persons.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 a.m. till 10.30 a.m in the hotel restaurant. There are 12 parking lots available for hotel guests. For non smoking rooms please ask in advance. WE RECOMMEND!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sogar am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Auto bis 15:30 Uhr in der Hotelgarage stehen lassen. Das ist Service!!! Sehr gut.
Die Check In Zeit 14:00 ist sehr spät. Besser etwas früher.

A small recommandation for the hotel. When the guest withdraws the hotel key from the interruptor device, the lights in the room go out immediatly.
I therefore suggest that after the key withdrawal from the room interruptor device, the lights should be kept running a few minutes more in order to allow the client to use the key to open or close the room safety deposit box. Having visited the hotel, I was aware of the problem and I had brought my pocket lighter.
Just wanted to signal this small problem.

The hotel has an excellent location, really 100 m from the underground and tram station and the public transport is very well organized and clear.The rooms are nice and absolut clean, the breakfast is varied and abundant, helpful staff.
One thing if the room has got a view to the street, that's a bit noisy but bearable due to the trams going late at night.
Good choice, I would recommend it.

Великолепно,что нас поселили в 5.30 утра без дополнительной оплаты, это обеспечило наш отдых после поезда и хорошее настроение, такого ни в одной турпоездке я не встречала. Питание даже превзошло наше ожидание по отношению к небольшой стоимости проживания. Из путеводителя я узнала, что с отелем Беранек связано имя наше поэтессы Марины Цветаевой, которая посещала в 1922 году собрания русско-чешского общества единения в столовой отеля. Нам было приятно, что эти места связаны с Цветаевой. Также, было удобно, что где бы мы не находились в Праге, мы видели колокольни Св.Людмилы и ощущали, там нас ждет наш отель. Удобно, что рядом с отелем хорошие места для ужина как ресторан Матильда и Пивоварский дом - усталым и сытым легко возвращаться в отель. Очень удобно расположене станций метро и трамваи, легко добираться до достопримечательностей, также пешком оказалось не столь далеко до Вышеграда, который многе туристы не успевают постмотреть, а это незабывваемое зрелище.

Tágas részben tetőtéri(IV. em) szobában a zárt ablakon át hallatszott a reggeli utcai zaj, a garázs árát magasnak érzem. A szoba és a szálloda ettől eltekintve megfelelő volt, a személyzet segítőkész, a reggelo megfelelő volt.

- a türülközőt és fürdőlepedőt ottlétünk alatt egyszer sem cserélték ki.

A hotel kiváló helyen van, két különböző metrovonalnak is van megállóhelye 400 méteren belül. Nagyon jó volt, hogy igénybe lehetett venni a mélygarázst a hotelhez (bár valóban elég szűkös a hely). A cseh emberek lehetnének kicsit kedvesebbek is Prágában, ha már ilyen sok pénzt legombolnak mindenért.

A mélygarázsból történő kihajtás nagyon nehézkes, különösen, ha tele van. Egy közepesen nagy járművel csak centizve sikerült kijutni, az autó fényezése bánta. Javaslom:rugalmas protektorokkal ellátni a kiálló sarkokat, ezek figyelmeztetnék ki- és behajtáskor az autóst a veszélyesen szűk járatokra.

Two suggestions:
a) After the removal of the key from the light button, the lights should still be on during 5-10 minutes. I'm making that suggestion because I had to use my pocket lamp to open the safe with my key (since the room was dark);
b) The safe should have a number combination lock opening system and not be simply operated by the hotel's key which remains at the hotel's lobby (when the client is out) and can therefore be stolen or misused;
c) The room should have a wake up electric clock.
d) The bathroom should have more voluminous towels.
This said, I have stayed two times in the Beranek hhotel and will come back there.

Szeretnék visszajelezni a szervezéssel kapcsolatban: Minden nagyon szuper volt, rugalmasan és a mi érdekünket szem előtt tartva intéztetek mindent. Nagyon nagy segítség volt, hogy Csehországban úgy tudtunk mindent intézni, hogy biztosan tudtuk, ha elakadunk számíthatunk rátok.
Ami felétek visszajelzés és egy részét már szóban jeleztem is: - várban (Klasterni) az étteremben hideg volt és a személyzet sem volt annyira kedves mint a többi helyen (lehet, hogy az előző nap már elkényesztettek minket) és árban is jóval drágábbak voltak, mint az addigiek. A kávé ihattalan volt, de megnyugtattak, hogy ez általában Csehországban így szokott lenni. - A Medvidku étteremben a desszert gyümölcsfagyi helyett sörfagyi volt, ami meglepetést okozott. És őszintén szólva 1 embernek ízlett a társaságból. De ennyi kell is egy kirándulás alatt :)
