Very clean. Great staff. Very good directions on how to get to the appartment. Very nice information package on Prague (maps and brochures). However: Hard to sleep at night because of noise from (nightclub?) below until 4am all 4 nights. Furniture quality poor: hide-a-bed in apt 7 very poor matress, double bed mattress in 8b very unstable and wobbly, double bed foot in 7 bent and wobbly.
