Comment - ru Comment: Персонал и размещение порадовали! Предупредительность, вежливость. Апартаменты олностью соответствут описанию на сайте. Местоположение весьма удачное, близко от Музея (7 минут пешком) и в тоже время тихо, рядом с парком. Не поленитесь - прогуляйтесь вверх по парку и через 15 минут будете у телебашни, не могу сказать, что панорама завораживает, но для тех, кто в Праге впрервые будет полезно совместить изображение и карту :-) Немного негатива... Небольшой сюрприз преподнес унитаз - вода продолжала литься, когда не нужно. Русская смекалка помогла, мы сказали об этой коллизии персоналу, я уверен, что поломка уже устранена. Спасибо Mary's, всему персоналу. Весьма надеемся продолжить пользоваться их услугами. (Translate)

Comment - fr Comment: Les points négatifs: pas de possibilité de stationnement des voitures, et surtout, très bruyant car l'immeuble voisin est en travaux, ce qui gâche un peu la qualité de cet appartement. (Translate)
Mary's reaction: Nous sommes désolés du bruit causé par les travaux de l'immeuble d'à côté que nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas prévoir. Ces travaux seront terminés d'ici peu et nous contrôlons les horaires de début et de fin de travaux afin de diminuer au maximum les nuisances pour nos clients. Le stationnement à Prague est réputé difficile, c'est pourquoi nous proposons à nos clients des parkings à 450 CZK/jour à côté de nos appartements.

Comment - en Comment: The apartment met our expectations and was as advertised. The quality was good throughout and it had a light airy feeling being a penthouse which we liked. It was also well suited for our young children as it did not have any balconies. The park opposite is good for a morning run or walk as it is hilly. Our concerns: The internet connection was frequently down. The satelite TV service was minimal. We did not have a key to the courtyard to dispose of trash. Collection service was 40 minutes late due to traffic. Overall a pleasant place to stay, good value and recommended. Marys staff are polite, professional and welcoming.
