Very nice and helpful staff. One of the girls was a little hard to understand. The tourist brochures in the lobby led us to a Czech folklore evening which we really enjoyed and I would suggest you recommend to your guests. However, we also took one of the brochures walking/tram tours of Old town and the castle and the Jewish quarter which we suggest you not recommend to your guests and remove the brochure from your lobby. Before the tour I asked about the tram and was told there was none even though the brochure said the price included tram tickets. I also voiced my concerns about not being physically able to walk for 4 hours and was told there would be rest stops and the walking would not be fast. When we left we were then told that it was possible to take a tram but they tried to talk us out of it. Thank goodness we took it! There were no rest stops until our snack break which was about 3 hours into the trip. I repeatedly asked the guide to walk a little slower but she wouldn't. I had my guide book along and it often gave me more information than she did. She didn't know the palace would be closed that day and didn't take us in St. Viatus because the line was too long! Usually tours have a reserved time for their groups and they don't wait in line. Her English was difficult to understand at times. A member of the tour group asked her a question which she couldn't answer so I answered it for him with information from my guide book! Everyone needed a restroom break which we wouldn't have taken had I not asked and pointed out there was WC nearby (which I knew because of my guide book). I was told not to look at shops or souvenir shop on the way down the street because I was holding up the group when in fact I was just walking down the street as fast as I could. The snack break was a hurried 15 minutes in which we had to find our own place to get something quick. We thought they would have a nice little place with Czech food reserved but instead we were told to go to Starbucks or McDonalds. I could stay home for that! At this point some people started dropping out of the tour. This was the tour that met at the Astronomical clock under the black and white umbrella. Even the people with no walking problems were not happy with the tour. I strongly advise you to recommend a different tour to your guests and pass along this review to the tour company. Please note that this is Carol Stein answering this questionnaire and I stayed in apartment V I'm sorry I accidentally answered for apartment II. The only criticism I have of the apartment was that the third bed for our daughter was not very comfortable. Our beds were extremely comfortable! Thank you for being so nice and helpful.

Thank You for your review, we were happy to read that You liked the apartment:) Regarding the tour, there is one company we recommend our clients as they have perfect tours and a wide range of them!! There are many leaflets in our office of course, but it is always better to ask our help with choosing a tour (there are shorter sightseeing tours, bus tours, river cruises as well!!). We are sorry we could not help You, therefore find the most suitable tour for You.

Enjoyed every minute of my stay there. Wonderful place just across the Rieger park and within a few minutes from the Paradise Garden (Rajska Zahrada) which is one of the best new parks in Prague with magnificent views of the Prague s Hradcany Castle.
The apartment is far superior to any hotel I have experienced in recent years in Prague.
