Studio: Suitable for 2 persons. It is fully equipped with custom-made furniture (doublebed, seating area, in-built wardrobes). A kitchenette offers everything you might need for basic cooking (fitted fridge, glass-ceramic cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dishes). Toilet is situated in the bathroom, some Studios have optional washing-machine. Windows lead to the street however thanks to well done double-glazing all the Studios are very quiet. Attic Studios are air-conditioned. TV with a satelitte reciever.
Apartment 1+1: each apartment has its own specific inner layout. The kitchen is devided from the living area and there is plenty of room for possible couchette. For your comfort there is flat LCD TV with a DVD player, a satelitte reciever and high-speed Internet connection. Windows lead into the inner yard with a fountain.
Attic Suite / Attic Suite Plus: Attic Suite is an apartment of one livingroom with a kitchennet and one bedroom and offers more than enough place for two persons. A sofa in the livingroom can be deployed and provide lodging for occasional visits. Attic Suite Plus has one bedroom more. Common features for both types: flat LCD TV with a DVD player, a satelitte reciever and high-speed internet connection. Custom hand-made wooden furniture. Kitchen has everything for cooking (in-built appliances, cutlery, dishes; Attic Suite Plus has a dish-washer). Both types are air-conditioned.

Cancellation policies

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies apply for group reservations (more than 11 people).
Unless the below listed cancellation conditions apply, Mary’s Travel Agency reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 300 CZK for individual reservations or a 5% fee of the confirmed services (for group reservations for more than 11 people). These conditions applies for all accommodation and service reservations made by Mary's Travel Agency.

Hotels, pensions, hostels

For cancellations more than 48 hours prior arrival the cancellation fee 300 CZK will be charged, for cancellations less than 48 hours prior arrival you will be charged the amount of the first night, unless there are determined stricter criteria for cancellation conditions by individual hotels, hostels or guest houses. For top terms individual cancellation conditions apply.
For group reservations (more than 11 persons) individual cancellation conditions apply - according to the conditions of the hotel.
