Toilet is situated in the bathroom, some Studios have optional washing-machine. Windows lead to the street however thanks to well done double-glazing all the Studios are very quiet. Attic Studios are air-conditioned. TV with a satelitte reciever.

Attic Suite / Attic Suite Plus: Attic Suite is an apartment of one livingroom with a kitchennet and one bedroom and offers more than enough place for two persons. A sofa in the livingroom can be deployed and provide lodging for occasional visits. Attic Suite Plus has one bedroom more. Common features for both types: flat LCD TV with a DVD player, a satelitte reciever and high-speed internet connection. Custom hand-made wooden furniture.
