Comment: Leider "Überreste" des Vormieters (Zahnpasta an den Kacheln, Haarspangen am Boden, Essensreste am Besteck, Boden nicht gewischt, nicht gereinigte Toilette!), beschädigte oder nicht funktionale Einrichtung (keine Kochtöpfe vorhanden, Spiegel mit Sprung, Brandlöcher, eingetretene Tür, Duschkopf fällt auseinander und passt nicht in die Duschhalterung, Kopfteil des Bettes lässt sich 20 cm bewegen, keine Fernbedienung für SAT-Receiver etc.), aber neue Fenster, Heizung, Duschtasse, perfekte Lage, sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal, sowohl in der Unterkunft als auch bei der Reiseagentur Marys. Cancellation policies

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies apply for group reservations (more than 11 people).
