It lies near the major highway north to Svitavy, and has good connections to the Brno Trade Fair grounds, the Grand Prix, and the expressway to Prague, Olomouc, Bratislava, and Vienna.
Its location in the countryside just outside the city provides good opportunities for day trips: Brno Reservoir, Brno Zoo, and the wooded hills north of Brno toward Blansko - Macocha Caverns, or west toward the Bílý potok protected natural area.

 Comment: Просто общежитие. Просто, скромно, достаточно чисто. Несмотря на наличие прямого транспорта (как обычного, так и ночного) от вокзала, всё же немного далековато (две транспортные зоны) и сам по себе район находится несколько обособленно от города. Если сравнивать с другими вариантами расселения, которые у нас были, цена несколько завышена.
