Unless the below listed cancellation conditions apply, Mary’s Travel Agency reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 300 CZK for individual reservations or a 5% fee of the confirmed services (for group reservations for more than 11 people). - cancellations 7 days prior arrival - 80% of the total amount has to be paid
- cancellations 3 - 0 days prior arrival - 100% charge (no refunds)
Mary's reserves the right to make last minute changes to apartment reservations due to unexpected
reasons beyond its control such as technical inconveniences etc. An apartment of an equal or higher standard
(considering quality, size, location etc.) will be offered to a client according to availability.
No price reduction will be offered if providing a same or higher quality accommodation alternative.
