 Comment: The hotel is like a budget hotel. The service is very poor. Only one person at the reception all the time. The hotel is clean and not bad at all. They did surprise us with a anniversary gift on Feb 14. That was very nice of them. For the price we paid, it is worth it.

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies apply for group reservations (more than 11 people).
