HOW TO BOOK AN ACCOMMODATION ?
- Fill in and send the ACCOMMODATION REQUEST FORM which is not binding. The procedure has 3 steps highlighted at the top for an easy orientation.
- Note that any required unfilled fields will not let you proceed to another part of the form therefore take your time and do not rush your decisions.
- We will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your request or we will send you an alternative offer in case the accommodation facility for the period you wished is occupied.
- If our offer meets your requirements, we will send you the calculation and bank details for payment by bank transfer / Western Union; Booking Form for the credit card guarantee and payment at arrival in cash; the link to the secure website of one of the biggest banks in Czech Republic - the Ceska Sporitelna Bank for the payment by credit card.
HOW TO BOOK ONE OF MARY'S APARTMENTS ?
- If you decide to book Mary's Apartment you have a huge advantage. The difference between regular booking and this one is that while booking Mary's Apartments you see availability of chosen date right away, so you can be 100% whether it will be at your disposal at the time or not.
- As it has been mentioned before, while filling in the ACCOMMODATION REQUEST FORM for Mary's Apartments you do not need to worry about availability because you have already set the date.
After choosing the suitable payment method we will send you the calculation and bank details for payment by bank transfer / Western Union or for payment by credit card You will be redirected to the secure website of one of the biggest banks in Czech Republic - the Ceska Sporitelna Bank where You will be asked to accept the payment and to fill in your credit card details. The details will be seen just by the bank.
HOW TO PAY - PRIVATE APARTMENTS
1. ONLINE PAYMENT by credit card the deposit, the rest at arrival
As the availability of the apartment is already checked, the price of the first night will be paid instantly, online, by credit card, on the website of one of the biggest banks in Czech Republic - the Česka Spořitelna a.s Bank. The given credit card details will be seen just by the bank. The rest amount will be paid in Mary's Travel Agency (Italska 31,Prague 2) at arrival, preferably in cash (EUR/USD/CZK). Here You will receive the keys of the apartment as well. In case of payment over 30 000 CZK 2% handling fee is added. In case the reservation is for more than 7 nights this deposit will be for 2 nights, in case the stay will be longer than 10 nights, this amount is 50% of the final price.
2. GUARANTEE by credit card, full payment at arrival
As the availability of the apartment is already checked, the price of the first night will be authorised on the given credit card instantly as a guarantee, the payment will be done in Mary's Travel Agency (Italska 31,Prague 2) at arrival, preferably in cash (EUR/USD/CZK). Here You will receive the keys of the apartment as well. In case of payment over 30 000 CZK 2% handling fee is added. In case the reservation is for more than 7 nights this guarantee will be for 2 nights, in case the stay will be longer than 10 nights, the guarantee is 50% of the final price.
3. PAYMENT by bank transfer the deposit, the rest at arrival
The price of the first night should be transferred to our bank account (EUR / CZK / USD / HUF) according to the details sent by the Mary's Travel Agency (including the 1,5% handling fee). The rest amount will be paid in Mary's Travel Agency (Italska 31,Prague 2) at arrival, preferably in cash (EUR/USD/CZK). Here You will receive the keys of the apartment as well. In case the reservation is for more than 7 nights this deposit will be for 2 nights, in case the stay will be longer than 10 nights, this amount is 50% of the final price.
4. PAYMENT by Western Union the deposit, the rest at arrival
The price of the first night should be paid by Western Union (USD) according to the details sent by the Mary's Travel Agency. The rest amount will be paid in Mary's Travel Agency (Italska 31,Prague 2) at arrival, preferably in cash (EUR/USD/CZK). Here You will receive the keys of the apartment as well. In case the reservation is for more than 7 nights this deposit will be for 2 nights, in case the stay will be longer than 10 nights, this amount is 50% of the final price.
HOW TO PAY - HOTELS, PENSIONS, HOSTELS / CITY TOURS
1. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
The calculation and the link to the secure website of one of the biggest banks in Czech Republic - the Ceska Sporitelna Bank will be sent to You, where You will be asked to accept the payment and where the credit card details should be filled in. The given credit card details will be seen just by the bank. The full amount of the service will be charged on the given credit card and the voucher will be sent. As the payment will be done in advance, there is no need to come to Mary's Travel Agency at arrival, You may go directly to the hotel / starting point. In case of payment over 30 000 CZK 2% handling fee is added.
2. GUARANTEE by credit card, full payment at arrival
The full amount of the service will be authorised on the given credit card as a guarantee (no payment in advance), the payment of the full amount should be done in Mary's Travel Agency (Italska 31,Prague 2) at arrival, preferably in cash (EUR/USD/CZK). Here You will receive the voucher with which You can check-in in the accommodation / attend the city tour.
3. PAYMENT by bank transfer
The full amount of the service should be transferred to our bank account (EUR / CZK / USD / HUF) according to the details sent by the Mary's Travel Agency (including the 1,5% handling fee). According the bank transfer the voucher will be sent. As the payment will be done in advance, there is no need to come to Mary's Travel Agency at arrival, You may go directly to the hotel / starting point.
4. PAYMENT by Western Union
The full amount of the service should be paid by Western Union (USD) according to the details sent by the Mary's Travel Agency. According the transfer the voucher will be sent. As the payment will be done in advance, there is no need to come to Mary's Travel Agency at arrival, You may go directly to the hotel / starting point.
