Aureus Clavis is a small, romantic hotel, housed in a classic Gothic building. It stands on one of the most famous streets in the heart of Lesser Town. Comment: Alapvetően azt kaptuk, amire számítottunk.Nagyon elégedettek vagyunk,a szoba és fürdőszoba tiszta, a környezet rendezett. Hangulatos az épület már maga is. Látszik, hogy a részletekre is figyelnek az eszközök és tárgyak kiválasztásánál. Probléma csak a bőrönd -tartó hiánya, ágyon, vagy az asztalon kell kinyitni, egyik sem jó. Pohár nem volt a szobában. Comment: Big problem was breakfast was 9 to 11 am. Three days we had planned excursions and had to leave hotel at 8 or 9 am and missed breakfast. Students were upset about missing breakfast. Comment: the hotel itself seemed disorganised, with noone on 'reception' from 8pm onwards. We didnt have our room serviced until the last day, by which time we had run out of toilet paper, i found this unforgiveable. the receptionists were polite, had very good understanding of english and were very helpful when my boyfriend was ill. The breakfasts were not as substantial as we would have hoped, therefore we only ate it once. I would say that you could tell that the hotel was new, the rooms were adequate, but needed a phone within them. Reception, or a caretaker should be 24hours!

Comment: They did not clean our room on 25th of December no more shampoo and toilette paper no clean towels not take away our wastepaperbasket at wc. Breakfast was minor. Staff was frendly. Reception opens too late and close too early.

Comment: The Aureus Clavis Hotel was exactly what we were looking for: the location was perfect, in the middle of the most beautiful part of Prague; the accommodation attractively simple and non-pretentious; the service friendly and more than adequate. It was completely enjoyable.
