Comment - en Comment: Everything was wonderful EXCEPT - we were under the impression that we could pay with our Visa. Then, when we arrived, we were told the machine was broken and we need to go get cash from an ATM. This was mentioned in another review, so I think it happens often. If you'd like cash, please state that in your confirmation email. Travel is very stressful and since your location has no parking, trying to get money at the last minute was irritating. Also, our booking stated that there was protected parking close by. But, when we arrived, we were told there might not be room for us in the parking garage. There was, but I think that since I told you that we need protected parking and you said it would be available, it should have been arranged prior to our arrival.
Mary's reaction: We are so very sorry for the terminal... we will have to get it changed. Sorry for the inconvenience! Regarding the parking there are more parking lots and we had to find out which one of the closest have available parking place for You. We could have sent You to the more expensive and further one, we just wanted to find the best for You. Thank You for understanding! I hope You enjoyed your stay despite of these at the arrival.

I suggest to ad a key to access the trash area. We do not know where to leave those bags. The internet works fine and fast! Comment - en Comment: Wireless connection to non-windows devices (e.g. Apple iPod touch) was poor. In the confirmation letter we were informed that "We prefer payment in cash. We accept Czech Crowns, EUR and USD." However, we were not informed that the EUR-CZK exchange ratio in the Marys office is extremely unfavorable, that makes payment in EUR senseless.
